Classical Ballet

Throughout our classical dance course, you'll embrace the unique qualities of ballet, where movement harmonizes with classical music. No worries if you're new to ballet - we welcome everyone! All you need is the eagerness to learn.
In the enchanting realm of classical dance, we'll focus on developing flexible feet, mastering graceful dance steps (pas), achieving body flexibility, maintaining stability, perfecting pirouettes, executing light high jumps, and mastering free and flexible hand movements. Coordination, endurance, and strength are all part of the exciting ballet experience.

To join the fun, all you need is a ballet uniform—think pink tights, a pink leotard, comfy ballet shoes with split soles, and your hair done up in a charming ballet bun. This class is designed for those with some previous ballet or dance experience. To enhance your skills and fully enjoy competitions and concerts, we recommend attending two classes per week for the best results. Uniform is a must, and all you need is a stylish black leotard and white tights. If you're 10 years or older, point shoes are also required to step into the world of elegance and grace. Let's dance and make every move count! 🌟

Bachata
Our Lady Styling Bachata class is a unique and empowering experience designed specifically for women who want to enhance their bachata dancing skills while adding a touch of grace and sophistication. In these classes, you'll learn to incorporate beautiful body movements, elegant hand styling, and fluid footwork into your bachata repertoire, all while expressing your inner confidence and sensuality. With a supportive and fun atmosphere, you'll gain the tools to become a more captivating and confident dancer, making each step a statement of your own style and individuality. Join us every Monday evening at 7:30 PM and discover the art the bachata class, where you'll develop both your dance technique and self-assured presence on the dance floor.
Ballet Fitness
Ballet Fitness is a unique class that blends classical ballet exercises with fitness routines, incorporating cardio, strength, and flexibility exercises to sculpt and transform muscles. Importantly, no prior ballet experience is necessary to join, making it suitable for individuals aged 14 and above, including pregnant participants who can engage in the barre portion of the class. The focus of these exercises is to achieve a strong, lean, and sculpted ballerina body. During Ballet Fitness classes, we target every muscle group, working on core strength, resistance, agility, and flexibility using only your body weight and repetition. Visible changes in physique are achievable after just a few sessions, making it an immensely rewarding and addictive fitness method.
